Just ask the vendor to give you a discount. In most cases if you spend a certain amount of money or buy some items in bulk you are most likely going to receive a nice discount if you just ask.
Do a simple search
Simply go to Google and type "we'll beat anyones price guaranteed weddings" but with out the quotes. Doing this you can easily find a wedding store that will beat anyones price. Also this will give you a lot of flexibility with your budget. So you can shop around and get a better deal.
I do deal of the day
Do another simple search. Type in I do deal of the day. Doing this small search in Google will give you a wedding store that sells one product every day at sometimes over 50% off or more. This is great because most likely you will never get a great deal like that on wedding merchandise especially not every day of the week.
Smart shopping and planning
Just buy smart and plan smart. If you know the season you are getting married in then buy your decor a year early. I know some times it is hard to do but just do it. You can save a ton of money after the season is over. I do not know why every body does not do it.
